Ralph Foulds
Operations Director, UK

Ralph first visited Thailand as a young traveller on the backpacker trail, and later founded our company with Martin Hosie. Ralph now manages our tour operations throughout Southeast Asia. This covers designing and improving our holiday itineraries, selecting hotels and managing allocations, and working with our guides and local teams to ensure that these tours turn into reality on the ground. He is committed to ensuring you get the best possible experience during your holiday, and that our UK and local teams work together as closely and happily as possible. He is also responsible for handling any complaints and feedback.  

Martin Hosie
Marketing Director, UK

Martin has travelled extnesively in Southeast Asia, and Thailand is one of his favourite countries. After founding the company with Ralph, he now manages our marketing in the UK, particularly concentrating online and in ensuring that you have the best possible experience while using our websites.  Despite spending lots of time at the computer, Martin is never happier than when he is on the road travelling through both familiar and new countries.

Anthony Horrobin
Bookings Manager, UK

Ant has worked within the UK travel industry for over 8 years now, starting off in travel agents selling both package tours and exclusive tailor-made holidays. Over the years he has gained a wealth of experience and knowledge in destinations across Southeast Asia but now focuses mainly on Cambodia, Vietnam and Laos. Ant manages our UK sales team, and ensures that our customers have a good and efficient experience in all their dealings with us here in the UK. He also handles hotel allocations and most of our small group enquiries for Thailand, as well as larger group bookings.

Will Maddicott
Travel Consultant, UK

Will originally discovered he had a love for travel when, on a whim, a friend and he ventured out to Australia for a year aged just 19. Ever since then he was hooked and within a week of returning home, he had booked myself a trip to Brazil. The rest of his life has followed in a similar fashion, getting away as often as he can. As soon as he had finished studying he ditched his previously chosen career path and started working for a well known backpacker travel company. After four years in the role, working in two continents, and travelling to over 30 countries he returned home to the UK and now makse a living sharing his passion and knowledge of the world with others.

Dan Saunders
Marketing Director, UK

Dan's travel industry career started in Adelaide, Australia when one day he was sitting at a bar having a drink with his brother-in-law and complaining about his job working in reception of a large hotel. A friend of his sister walked by and she just happened to work as an Area Leader at Flight Centre. He applied the next day, had the job within 3 days and started as a travel consultant 2 weeks after that. A travel agent was born!

After working for Flight Centre for almost 5 years in Adelaide he moved to the UK and stayed in the industry woking as a travel agent rep of a UK based tour operator. In July 2012 Dan joined the Uncover the World Travel Group and a little over 1 year later and he is now looking after the Marketing and Business Development for the whole group.
