This mighty fish can be caught in excess of 50 kg (110 lbs), and the well-stocked, boarded lakes around Bangkok offer some of the best fishing in the country.
On this tour we take you on a trip to Si Nakharin reservoir in pursuit of the elusive snakehead. This super hard-fighting fish is a fantastic prize for the dedicated fisherman and we will take you to the absolute best place to catch them. This unique fishing experience will take you back to nature in a big way as you will be staying in beautiful floating, teakwood houses amidst superb jungle scenery.
This tour combines some excellent fishing for giant mekong catfish in Bangkok, with an expedition into the jungle, hunting down hard-fighting snakehead. It's a perfect mix of the adrenaline pumping action of landing 100 lb+ mekong catfish, and the quiet patience required to chase down the elusive snakehead in it's beautiful jungle stronghold.
