We do not produce glossy brochures to feature our tours, but instead have concentrated on providing as much information as possible on our websites, and in our tour factsheets. Nearly all travel agencies now have the ability to show their customers different operators' websites 'in-shop', and concentrating online also allows us to reach more agents than if we were only to use those we had already posted brochures to. Not printing brochures also helps the environment, and enables us to keep our prices extremely competitive, and so give both our customers and agents an attractive product. 

We do produce detailed factsheets for all of our tours, which agents can email, or print out and give to their customers, and we can also provide further information, sales handbooks and staff training as required.

 

We appreciate that not all travel agents can, or want to, work in the same way. We have therefore tried to be as flexible as possible to accommodate different systems and levels of work and related commissions. The most common ways of working with us are detailed in our Agent Zone (see below), and are split between traditional 'High Street' travel agencies, and other options for online travel websites and travel agents. Please feel free to contact us if you have your own ideas about how you would like to work with us.

 

 

We are also looking for world-wide distributors and general sales agents. If you are interested please contact us. 

If you have already shown your client our website, and they are ready to book a tour, then we recognise that you may want to do this as soon as possible to confirm the sale. You may also be in a different time-zone which means you cannot contact us immediately while your client is with you.

Our website shows live availability, so if it will allow you to reserve the number of places you want on the appropriate date, then you can be sure that there are spaces without having to contact us first. Of course, you are welcome to call or email us as well, and we will be very happy to hear from you, and confirm availability and answer any questions for you straight away. 

If this is your first booking with us, and want to do it quickly, then we suggest you use the normal online reservation form, as if you were a direct customer (i.e. Go to the dates and prices page for the tour, and click on 'Reserve Online' next to the appropriate departure date. You should then click on 'Continue' under 'Direct Booking', rather than under 'Travel Agent Booking'). You can then enter all your client's details, and use the Notes section to inform us of your name and agency details.

You can then contact us after your client has left and we can answer any questions and confirm commissions etc.  We can also issue you with a Travel Agent ID, so that you can use the travel agent's online reservation form in the future, and ensure all bookings are automatically assigned to you.
