Bangkok flight arrival accommodation and transfer packages

ARRIVAL PACKAGE

As a mainly land-only tour operator we greet all of our clients at the airport on their arrival.

Experience has shown us that many budget flights tend to arrive in the early hours of the morning. After a long flight this can be a daunting time to have to arrange your own transport and accommodation, especially through the noise and apparent chaos that meets you when the airport doors close behind you. For people travelling on our tours, and arriving a day or two early, we offer an extra night option which can be added onto the tour itself.

However, we also offer our city arrival package. Aimed at backpackers and independent travellers who are not taking one of our tours, we will:

greet you at the airport, and provide visa assistance if required
transport you in a private car or minibus to one of our pre-booked hotels
include 2 nights accommodation (with 2 breakfasts included in some packages)
give you your own room (no shared rooms except in economy packages or on request)

Double, triple rooms
We are happy to arrange for couples to share double rooms, or friends/families to share triple rooms where available. Please let us know who you would like to share with.

Staff on the ground
We have our own full time representatives in each city who will be glad to provide you with help and information during your Arrival package.

Confirmation of arrival
You must reconfirm your arrival details within 2 weeks prior to your flight arriving in your destination city. If you book your Arrival package within the last 14 days you do not need to reconfirm your booking.

Failure to reconfirm
If you fail to reconfirm your Arrival package booking during the required period (above) we may not be at the airport to greet you. Please contact our local representative who will instruct you how to get to the hotel.

To ensure this situation does not arise please remember to reconfirm your booking!

Night-time arrivals
We will meet you in the airport whatever the time of your flight arrival.

All flights arrival times on or before 0600 local time count as your first nights accommodation, unless specific alternative arrangements are confirmed with us in advance.
For all flights arrival times after 0600 local time, you receive the next 2 nights accommodation

Late Arrivals
If your flight is delayed by any amount of time, then providing you still arrive in your destination city on the same flight as detailed when booking, we guarantee to provide you with a transfer to your hotel.

Airport delays
Providing you have confirmed your Arrival package arrangements to us (see above) we will provide you with a transfer to your hotel. However, if you are delayed in the airport after your flight arrival time (due to customs problems or lost baggage etc.) you may have to wait before our representative meets you.

We will have provided you with our local staff member's telephone number when we confirm your booking, or within 14 days prior to your arrival. Should you not be able to find our representative due to such airport delays, we aim to transfer you from the airport within 2 hours of receiving a phone call from you to the telephone number supplied.
